Robot System Integration in Automotive Industry

In automotive industry, robot had been use wisely for welding vehicle body. The main reason to use robot to replace human in do welding. The replacement human with robot for welding after consider working environment not safe for human.
Robots require integrating with several equipment to make it system fully function and safe for human that working near to robot.
Robot system consists of robot itself, robot control panel (RCP) and main control panel (MCP). All device in robot system connected using CC-Link cable. CC-Link cables function to transport data from MCP to RCP and RCP to robot.
Inside MCP and RCP had one CC-Link master module that functions as communication port for connect CC-Link cable with RCP or MCP.

CC-Link is an open, field-level network protocol that provides for the high speed communication linking of a wide range of automation devices over a single cable.
The table below show CC-Link communication speed. Speed of data transfers depend on CC-Link cable length.
